Nathan J. Gordon developed the Forensic Assessment Interview and Integrated Interrogation Technique. He is an expert Forensic Psychophysiologist and an internationally recognized expert in the field of Forensic Assessment Interviewing and Interrogation. Mr. Gordon is the developer of the Integrated Zone Comparison Polygraph Technique, the Horizontal Scoring System and Academy PolySuite Algorithm© for polygraph data analysis. He is the author of "The Essence of Polygraph and Polygraph Testing," co-author along with William Fleisher of "Effective Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques," now in its 4th edition by Academic Press, and co-author along with Tuvia Shurany of "The Pre-test Interview; the Foundation of Polygraph." He has lectured and conducted seminars on these subjects to thousands of law enforcement, intelligence and private security officers throughout the United States, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Gordon, a recognized innovator in the field of truth verification, has had his work recognized in publications among which is, FORENSIC PSYCHPHYSIOLOGY USING THE POLYGRAPH - Scientific Truth Verification - Lie Detection, by James Allan Matte. He is the past President of the American Polygraph Association and the International Association of Forensic Psychophysiological Institutes, and is currently President of the International Society of Polygraph Examiners and the Pennsylvania Polygraph Association. Mr. Gordon is a Director of the Vidocq Society where he received the prestigious Vidocq Medal of Honor for his assistance in solving a 14 year old cold case homicide. |
William L. Fleisher is a full member of the American Polygraph Association and internationally known for his polygraph expertise. He has spent more than 40 years with federal and local law enforcement agencies before his retirement in 1996, as an Assistant Special Agent In Charge of the U.S. Customs Service (now I.C.E.). Prior to Customs Service, Mr. Fleisher was a Special Agent of the F.B.I., and before that he served with the Philadelphia Police Department as a Corporal.
He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and has lectured on polygraph and behavioral analysis to law enforcement and intelligence agencies throughout the U.S. and overseas. Mr. Fleisher is also a member of the Pennsylvania Polygraph Examiners Association, ASIS International, Intelnet, the American College of Forensic Examiners, and the Society of Former Special Agents of the F.B.I. A co-author of "Effective Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques," now in its 3rd edition, Fleisher is also co-founder and Commissioner of the Vidocq Society. |

Mr. Shurany is the former head of the Department of Polygraph at the Israeli Government School, and President of Lie Catcher Polygraph Services, and former Director of the International Polygraph Training Center, which was an American Polygraph Association accredited school.
He is the Assistant Director of the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training for Central and South America and has conducted polygraph courses in numerous countries there as well as in
Europe. Mr. Shurany authored the text "Evaluation of Polygraph Charts, Formats, Criteria and Scoring," and co-authored the text, "The Pre-test Interview- The Foundation of Polygraph." He has published numerous articles on polygraph techniques and theories.
Mr. Shurany is Vice President of the International Society of Polygraph Examiners, as well as a full member of the Israeli Polygraph Association and the American Polygraph Association. He was awarded the distinguished David L. Motsinger Award by the American Polygraph Association which recognizes shining new stars in the polygraph profession.
